How To Hide Blogger Profile On Google Search

When you create a website on Blogger after signing up for an account, Blogger automatically generates a profile page for you. This profile page can be seen in Google Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) when someone searches for your website name.

The Blogger Profile page displays your personal information, email address, website links and more. If you do not want your personal information to appear in Google search results, you need to set this page to private.

To keep your Blogger profile private and prevent it from appearing in Google Search, follow these steps.

1. To access your Blogger Dashboard, please log in and navigate to the settings page.

2. Scroll down to the end of the page and click on “Edit Profile” under General Settings. Alternatively, you can access the Blogger Profile Edit page from here.

3. After clicking it, you will be redirected to the Blogger Profile edit page. Uncheck the first option “Show my profile page” to make the profile page private. Eventually, Google will deindex this page from the search.

4. Please make sure to save the settings listed below before closing the window.

It will take a few days for Google to remove the page from search results.

If you do not have access to your Blogger account, you can fill out a Personal Data Removal Request form in Google. You will need to enter the Profile URL and the reason for removal.

This is how you can hide your Blogger profile on Google search. If you have any doubts about the Blogger platform, let us know in the comments.
